Intimate Celebrations
Elopements start at $700 for up to 4 guests and include:
- 3-hour rental time
- Ceremony at your choice of onsite locations (indoor or outdoor)
- Bouquet + boutonniere
- Champagne toast on the night of the ceremony
- 15% off at The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge
- One-night stay in a Junior Suite at The Bradstan Boutique Hotel (2-night minimum requirement on Friday or Saturday during peak season)
Mini-monies start at $1,600 for up to 14 guests and include everything listed above, PLUS a private reservation of The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge and a wedding cake.
Micro-Weddings for up to 40 guests are separated into three parts, allowing you to custom-craft your celebration. There is a $1,500 food & beverage minimum for gatherings with over 20 guests.
